Are you excited at the opportunity to electrify and decarbonize the world? We operate with a founder’s mindset. We deliver innovation with passion, speed, and courage.

We continuously challenge our thinking and are empowered to dream big and take smart risks. The Aeroderivative Industrialization team is responsible for transforming strategic opportunities into scalable, repeatable capabilities that improve customer support across GE Vernova's LM2500, LM6000, and LMS100 fleets.

While these engines share their core heritage with aerospace applications, power generation operates in a fundamentally different environment. Industrialization is the deliberate adaptation of supply chain strategies, repair procedures, design features, and operating limits from aerospace-specific standards to aeroderivative use, creating new pathways to increase material availability, unlock additional repair opportunities, expand operational flexibility, and differentiate our products in the marketplace.

Industrialization plays a critical role in GE Vernova's ability to improve depot turnaround time and serve a growing customer base. Industrialization expands supply, broadens repair scope, and increases operating flexibility, enabling more parts and engines to move through our depots faster while improving fleet readiness, customer outcomes, and long-term business performance.
