Job Description What   I mpact   Y ou’ll   M ake As   a   Contract Management   Intern   on   the   Americas   New Units Heavy Duty Gas Turbines Contract Management Team ,   you will be an active contributor to   the   team's efforts to protect GE   Vernova's   global   commercial interests, drive   cross-business   contract compliance, and support the successful execution of   multi-billion-dollar Heavy Duty Gas Turbine power plant projects .

Key Responsibilities: • Support the Contract Management team in the   analysis and interpretation   of project-wise commercial issues   from   initial   identification through final resolution .

• Read, review, and interpret   new power plant contracts   with customers spread across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. • Assist   in the development of   automated tools   to streamline change order management processes .

• Support assigned contracts in execution,   working closely   with Contract Managers, Project Managers, and customers. • Contribute to the   preparation of contractual correspondence , including   change   orders, letters, and customer notifications .

• Assist   in   tracking and   reporting   on   risk mitigation, vendor recovery, and commercial deliverables . • Develop and deliver   presentations on contract topics   to internal stakeholders .

• Complete special projects as assigned,   contributing to continuous improvement initiatives   within the team. • Organize and   maintain   legacy contract documents and electronic files   to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Employment Dates: May or June 2027 to August 2027 (Summer). Required Qualifications: • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in   Business, Engineering, Law, or   a related   field.

• Proficiency   in   Microsoft Office Suite , including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare detailed analyses and presentations .

• Strong   written and oral communication skills   in English, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely . • Demonstrated   ability to   manage multiple tasks simultaneously   and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Problem-solving attitude,   ready to work on high-level, complex problems   while developing customer-centric GE Gas Power   solutions. Eligibility Requirements • Must be   legally authorized to work in the United States   without requiring current or future sponsorship .

• Must be available   to   work onsite in Schenectady, NY for a 12-week Summer 2027 internship experience . Preferred Qualifications: • You have a passion for  commercial contract management, energy infrastructure, or power generation  and a curiosity for how complex projects are structured and executed.

• You have a passion for  data-driven problem solving , including using tools like Excel or other platforms to build automated solutions that improve team efficiency .

• You are someone who brings  strong attention to detail and organizational discipline , capable of managing and   maintaining   critical documentation with a high degree of accuracy .

• You are someone who  communicates with confidence and clarity , both in writing and in presentations, and can translate complex commercial concepts for diverse audiences .

• You have experience with  database management, contract analysis, or project coordination  through coursework, prior internships, or extracurricular activities .

• You have experience  working in cross-functional or team-based environments ,   demonstrating   the ability to collaborate effectively across   different functions   and stakeholders .
