- Responsible for tracking the timely placement of demand for Parts Repair and Services, coordinating with various stakeholders (for example, , Customer Portfolio Managers, Service Directors) to support outage planning and fulfillment.
- Support demand forecasting for outages, parts, and repairs by leveraging expertise in data analytics.
- Design and execute analytic projects, generating insights to inform business decisions using advanced analytical techniques.
Requirements and eligibility
- Proficient in excel (pivot tables, formulas) etc fundamental data processing capabilities
- Learning & Adaptablitiy: quick learner of business model & operating process, adaptable to fast-paced work environments.
- Responsibility & Attention to Detail: Meticulous working style, prioritizes data accuracy, and independently completes basic tasks and timely feedback
- Communication & Collaboration: strong teamwork skills; effectively communications needs and progress with cross-department colleagues
Preferred, not required
- Currently pursuing a Degree, preferred majors: STEM , Statistics, Data science, Business, Supply Chain Management etc.
- Knowledge of Python, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau etc)
- 6 Months commitment or more
