What you'll own

  • Support daily management sessions and Monthly Operating Reviews by preparing materials, tracking actions, and documenting outcomes
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of operational projects and initiatives
  • Monitor and report on regional KPIs across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC)
  • Support operational dashboards, reporting tools, and performance tracking processes

Requirements and eligibility

  • Recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
  • Must be eager to learn, humble, approachable, and team-oriented

Preferred, not required

  • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems is a plus
  • Prior internship or project experience in operations, project management, or related fields is a plus, but not required
