• Technical Expansion: Advance your core hardware design capabilities while exploring new technical domains and expanding your professional skill set.
• Hands-on Industrialization: Gain practical experience in the full product lifecycle with exposure to industrialization processes at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Rochester, NY.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications) • Eligibility: We welcome applicants currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering (or related disciplines).

0 unrounded GPA. • Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in Linux OS, shell scripting, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP), complemented by experience in Python, GitHub Actions, and the Robot Framework.
• Process & Design: Ability to adhere to established design principles and development processes within a fast-paced, agile environment. • Analytical Problem Solving: Demonstrates a high degree of curiosity and an analytical mindset to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to lead, work effectively in a team, and mentor/learn from peers.
• Self-Motivation & Initiative: A highly self-motivated individual who operates well under minimal supervision, consistently demonstrating academic excellence and the initiative to drive projects forward.
The pay range for this position is $1,000-$2,000 USD weekly. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

This position is also eligible for: • Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment.
Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible. • Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern’s permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
