Job Description What you'll do • Work on a challenging assignment / project to stretch your learning and skillsets while simultaneously improving engineering processes and solving challenges.
Candidates will be expected to leverage and integrate AI and agentic AI frameworks into these assignments to drive measurable efficiency gains and technical advancement.
Examples of projects include: • Testing of Aeroderivative engines • Project proposal and execution process improvement • Component and system design/design processes • Analysis tool design • Operational process improvement What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications) • Enrolled in a full time nationally accredited baccalaureate program in a technical field.
What will make you stand out • Use of AI and agentic AI for automation and workflow and process flow improvements. • Minimum 3.5/4.0 overall GPA (without rounding) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Genuine interest in contributing to innovative solutions. • Previous internship or project experience in engineering or operations.
