Job Description Summary Job Description Primary Responsibilities: ·梳理DCI/新图纸接收/改图等跨部门流程，完成流程的标准化工作. ·通过AMP AI，建立Agent和工作流，完成物料部日常重复工作的自动化 ·了解并支持物料计划团队的日常工作 ·完成其他主管安排的任务 Qualifications Required: ·工科类本科及以上学历 ·较好的英语基础和办公软件运用能力。 ·具有AI的基本使用经验 ·具有较强的逻辑思维能力和合作精神 Primary Responsibilities: • Process Standardization:  Study and standardize cross-functional workflows, including DCI management, new drawing intake, and engineering change orders (ECOs), ensuring consistency and efficiency across departments.

• Digital Transformation:  Utilize the AMP AI platform to build intelligent Agents and automated workflows, specifically targeting the reduction of repetitive manual tasks within the Materials department.

• Operational Support:  Partner closely with the Materials Planning team to understand daily requirements and provide essential support to ensure seamless material flow.

• General Accountability:  Execute additional projects and support tasks as directed by management to meet broader organizational objectives. Qualifications Required: • Education:  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Communication & Tools:  Strong command of the English language (written and verbal) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

). • AI Aptitude:  Demonstrated foundational experience or a strong interest in utilizing AI tools/agents to solve business problems. • Soft Skills:  Strong analytical thinking and a collaborative mindset.
