What you'll own

  • Support the team in developing and executing Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for automation projects in Singapore Technology Accelerator (STA) Lab.
  • Assist the STA team in preparing project passport packages to ensure compliance with Pratt & Whitney (P&W) standard work requirements.
  • Assist the STA team in maintaining and updating project quad charts to ensure accurate and current project tracking.
  • Collaborate with the ELMT-APAC team to perform data collection and inspections of engine components for purposes including engine investigations, salvage programs, and new Engineering Authorization needs.

  • Analyze and trend hardware distress locally to identify required limits and repairs, providing input for spare provisioning based on observed distress trends.
  • Undergraduate in Degree or Diploma in Engineering or relevant disciplines
  • Ability to understand and follow standard operation procedures (SOP)

 Position Role Type: Onsite Responsibilities • Support the team in developing and executing Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for automation projects in Singapore Technology Accelerator (STA) Lab.

• Assist the STA team in preparing project passport packages to ensure compliance with Pratt & Whitney (P&W) standard work requirements. • Assist the STA team in maintaining and updating project quad charts to ensure accurate and current project tracking.

• Collaborate with the ELMT-APAC team to perform data collection and inspections of engine components for purposes including engine investigations, salvage programs, and new Engineering Authorization needs.

• Support the team in implementing and reinforcing Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) initiatives, as well as Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) programs.

Requirements • Undergraduate in Degree or Diploma in Engineering or relevant disciplines •  Ability to understand and follow standard operation procedures (SOP) • Demonstrates a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Genuine interest in data analysis and repair processes. • Basic IT knowledge: familiarity with programming languages is an added advantage. Learning Outcome • Knowledge of various Engine components • Gain the experience in working with Robotic and Automation projects.

• Experience in working in various P&W shop and gain knowledge on repair processes. • Pratt and Whitney operating system, Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE).
