Discover opportunities to make a difference at RTX. What You Will Do • Draft technical reports and compile information into PowerPoint, summaries, and work orders to use by other staff and management.

• Employ computer analysis methods to analyze or modify designs in compliance with regulations. • Conduct multiple experimental trials and stress tests on prototypes of aircraft and aerospace systems & equipment.

• Calculate mathematical models to assist with evaluating equipment • Conduct various tests on integrated systems as well as electrical and mechanical equipment • Develop models and take images of engineering designs and methods • Apply knowledge of design tools and other principles to technical plans, blueprints, and drawings • Create/process Engineering Changes (ECs) to production drawings • Aid with investigations of potential non-conforming hardware, fault tree generator and Root Cause Corrective Action investigations • Handle technical data with discretion and confidentiality • Complete other tasks and responsibilities as needed Qualifications You Must Have • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.

Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects. Qualifications We Prefer • Experience using analytical and developmental software tools such as MATLAB, CAD, NX, and/or AutoCAD • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint) • Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.

This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application window closing approximately 40 days from the date the notice was posted.
