Discover opportunities to make a difference at RTX. What You Will Do • Provide technical interpretation of drawings and specifications. • Analyze and resolve design tolerance issues.

• Evaluate, select, and order capital test equipment, including performing cost/payback analysis. • Support capacity planning and utilization analysis to ensure proper staffing and test equipment needs.

• Identify and address routine test defects and improve test yields. • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve test failures.

What You Will Learn • Gain hands-on experience in manufacturing electrical engineering, supporting high-frequency communication radios and circuit board manufacturing processes.

• Learn to use engineering tools such as: • SAP, engineering drawings, change control boards, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, eView, and PDM. • Apply standard work tools and processes, including CORE certification.

• Develop essential communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. • Take advantage of growth opportunities within the role and develop expertise for future career paths.

• Participate in on-the-job training and professional development programs. Qualifications You Must Have • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or a related STEM major through the completion of the internship/co-op session.

• Background in Root Cause Analysis. • Relevant experience gained through on-the-job training, research, coursework, or projects. Qualifications We Prefer • Prior experience in manufacturing environments.

• Prior Experience in RF Technology • Demonstrated interest or experience in electronics. • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application window closing approximately 40 days from the date the notice was posted.
