What you'll do
- Maintain supplier quality certifications and compliance waivers: Update ERP systems with supplier quality management system certification expiration dates. Reflect changes in supplier or part number quality information records.
- Collaborate with the Global Supplier Quality Compliance team: Prioritize supplier assessments and updates for Mission Systems. Review procedure updates and new releases to create a compliance gap matrix identifying risks and noncompliance.
- Support site Quality teams: Ensure supplier nonconformances are clearly documented and defined. Assist with monthly metrics, customer presentations, and process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives: Track and analyze process turnbacks, highlighting high-impact items for improvement.
- Gain knowledge of aerospace and U.S. Government Quality Requirements and how to track and maintain ASL compliance across the supply chain.
- Develop project management skills and learn how to work efficiently and effectively in a remote position within a fast-paced industry.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
