What you will do

Key responsibilities include

  • Assist with domestic and international flight planning and operations.
  • Support aircraft maintenance and servicing activities.
  • Contribute to customer service initiatives to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Participate in aircraft and crew scheduling processes.
  • Assist with flight planning and related documentation.
  • Gain exposure to safety management systems and their implementation.
  • Learn about security protocols and compliance with IS-BAO standards.
  • Perform various office duties and collaborate on special projects with team mentors.

Qualifications you must have

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a STEM-related field and actively enrolled through the duration of the internship session.
  • Private Pilot Certificate.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
