General Summary This position is responsible for maintaining and supporting information systems processes for the company’s Equipment systems to ensure consistency with company objectives and policies.

Essential Job Accountabilities • Assisting in the maintenance of the Equipment Department SharePoint site • Work with the Equipment Administration group to maintain asset master files • Assist in the configuration of new applications to support field operations • Research user questions and issues to provide feedback to users • Convert paper files to electronic format while ensuring compliance with local, State and Federal regulatory agencies.

Education • Enrolled in an Engineering or Information Systems Management undergraduate program or a related educational program at an accredited 4 year university Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people • Strong customer service skills • Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the Position • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Excellent organizational and planning skills • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment • Detail oriented • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Some software experience in Sharepoint, Oracle or SAP ERP, Microsoft Visual Studio, and/or .
