What you'll do
- You will be integrated into both a dynamic and growing APAC Wellness CBIA team in Haleon, as well as the APAC Wellness Marketing team, with a specific focus on building deep consumer and category understanding and bringing that to life and back into the business.
- Researching innovation trends across APAC markets with specific Wellness (Vitamins & Supplements) focus-areas to inspire and benchmark Haleon innovation plans/ pipelines
- Analyses of communication & brand health in a particular set of APAC markets with specific category focus-areas to mine for insights in competitor communication
- Researching consumer trends and insights for new aspirational wellness consumers
- Analyses of different businesses and category landscape to drive business decision
- Looking at new applications of AI in the context of CBIA as ‘experimental’ pilot projects

Job Purpose
As the APAC Wellness Consumer and Business Insights and Analytics (CBIA) Intern, you will be working with a highly visible and strategic team partnering with the business and be part of a function that sparks corporate imagination! You will be integrated into both a dynamic and growing APAC Wellness CBIA team in Haleon, as well as the APAC Wellness Marketing team, with a specific focus on building deep consumer and category understanding and bringing that to life and back into the business.

Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for specific projects across our 3 categories, driving analyses in the spaces of:
- Researching innovation trends across APAC markets with specific Wellness (Vitamins & Supplements) focus-areas to inspire and benchmark Haleon innovation plans/ pipelines
- Analyses of communication & brand health in a particular set of APAC markets with specific category focus-areas to mine for insights in competitor communication
- Researching consumer trends and insights for new aspirational wellness consumers
- Analyses of different businesses and category landscape to drive business decision
- Looking at new applications of AI in the context of CBIA as ‘experimental’ pilot projects
Learning Outcomes
Throughout the course of the internship, you will attain the following learning objectives:
- Master the Art of Data Storytelling and Analytics: Learn how to transform complex data into compelling narratives that drive business decisions and captivate stakeholders.
- Dive into Consumer Behaviour and Psychology: Gain insights into consumer trends and behaviours, and discover how to leverage this knowledge to enhance product strategies and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement innovative solutions that address real-world business challenges.
