Role overview
What you'll own
- Assist analysts with research and ongoing monitoring of external investment managers across asset classes, including gathering performance, holdings, fee and firm-level information
- Help develop and test simple pre-trade tools and templates (Excel, Python or R) that support trade preparation, rebalancing, cash flow and portfolio exposure analysis
- Extract and organize manager, product and peer group data from eVestment and other data providers, saving it in a secured, well-structured team folder
- Help structure and tag research files so the team can search and summarize them using Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI tools
Requirements and eligibility
- Must be an incoming Junior or Senior
- Must be a current student throughout the duration of the internship program
Preferred, not required
- Degree concentration in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with Bloomberg would be a plus
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus
