You’ll contribute to a project focused on semiconductor technology, a key technology for sustainable energy transmission. In this internship, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, gaining hands-on experience in semiconductor design and processing.

How you’ll make an impact • Assist in researching and developing semiconductor technology on the design and manufacturing level • Assist in developing new thyristor structures • Documenting and communicating the solutions developed to ensure knowledge transfer within the research team and relevant business areas Your background • Currently pursuing a PhD.
