  • Furthermore, you will gain experience in financial modelling, and valuation analyses, as well as expertise in the consumer and healthcare sectors, support the due diligence processes on the buy side and sell side processes and work as part of a project team on live transactions.

  • You will have an outstanding academic record, with preference for a degree in accounting, economics or finance
  • Have previous internship experience within M&A advisory and/or related fields
  • You will have an understanding of valuation theory, methodologies and applications
  • Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in both German and English (additional language skills are also advantageous)
  • International experience is also desirable, but not essential
