Intern - Personal Financial Services (Payments Product Management)

Define your future at Hong Leong Bank Functional (job responsibilities) Product & Regulatory Documentation • Support the review, update and version control of Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) and Product Disclosure Sheets (PDS) across credit card products.

• Assist in ensuring product collaterals and web content remain aligned with approved product features and regulatory requirements. Market Intelligence • Conduct market research and prepare competitor benchmarking analysis on credit card propositions, earn rates, fees and campaign offers.

• Maintain a running competitor tracker for reference by the product managers. • Campaign & Marketing Support • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentation decks and campaign collaterals.

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of promotional campaigns and cardholder engagement initiatives, including post-campaign tracking. Business Case & Management Reporting • Support the preparation of business cases, proposals and presentation materials for management review.

• Assist in compiling portfolio performance data for internal reporting. • Coordination & Administration • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Risk, Finance, IT) and external vendors/partners as required.
