Role overview
What you'll own
- You will have the opportunity to develop skills in combining traditional analytical methods with AI, collaborating across business functions, and supporting process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing cost, efficiency, and delivery.
- Analyze supplier data using AI and traditional analytical methods to identify opportunities for supply base optimization across business units
- Assist in the development of material pricing tools and predictive models by integrating engineering material data, global commodity indices, and other relevant data sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and align optimization and pricing strategies
Requirements and eligibility
- /Qualifications:
- Good interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across multiple functions to achieve desired results.
- Ability to work independently or within a larger team as required by the project and subsystem.
- Familiarity with Microsoft office products, that is, , Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred, not required
- Must be currently enrolled at the time internship commences and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree from an accredited university or college with Business and Engineering majors preferred.
