Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Corporate Actions Operations Intern to join the Monte Titoli Corporate Actions team.

The position will be based in Milan, Piazza degli Affari 6, and start in November 2026. Rembursement 800 euro + ticket restaurants Minimum 6 month internship You will primarily be responsible for: • Supporting the preparation, execution and reconciliation of corporate action events for a wide range of asset classes, including equities, government bonds, corporate bonds, certificates, covered warrants and funds • Assisting in the preparation of official notices to announce events to system participants • Liaising with issuers, issuer agents and other central securities depositories (CSDs) on operational aspects related to corporate action events • Contributing to the smooth and accurate processing of corporate actions in line with regulatory and market standards Your profile: • Degree in Economics, Finance or a related field (recent graduates or students close to graduation are welcome) • Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus • Excellent analytical and organisational skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Team working attitude and collaborative mindset • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Eagerness to learn in a fast-changing environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Join a company where market infrastructure is built on innovation – and where every innovation starts with a bold mind asking, “What’s next?

We work closely with issuers, agents and other CSDs to ensure efficient, accurate and secure post-trade services.
