00/hr. • Location: San Diego, CA, In-office Role overview DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a curious, driven Operations Intern to join our team for Summer 2026.

This internship is designed for college students who want hands-on exposure to how a growing insurance organization operates behind the scenes—from producer onboarding and process improvement to reporting, technology and cross-functional team support.

Role responsibilities • Learn how DUAL partners with producers and support the collection, organization, and review of documents needed to do business with DUAL North America.

• Help build reports, dashboards, and operational metrics that give teams better visibility into progress, trends, and opportunities to improve workflows.

• Partner with underwriting and operations teams on day-to-day projects, research, and follow-up activities that support efficient business operations.

• Contribute to process improvement and technology initiatives, including Salesforce-related updates, documentation, and user support. • Gain hands-on exposure to how a growing insurance organization operates behind the scenes while building practical business, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Participate in team meetings, ask questions, share ideas, and take on additional projects that support the broader Operations team.. Key requirements • Currently studying towards an undergraduate or graduate degree (risk management, business, or a related subject is helpful, but not essential) • Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028 • Able to organize and prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Able to communicate clearly and build positive working relationships with a range of people • Able to take ownership of tasks, ask questions when needed and follow through on agreed actions.
