Job Description: Job Title :   Compensation Intern Department:   Human Resources FLSA: Non-Exempt General Function : The Compensation Intern provides administrative, analytical, and coordination support for compensation programs to help ensure equitable and competitive pay practices across corporate, retail, distribution, and manufacturing positions.

Supports the Compensation team through data preparation, reporting, system administration, and coordination of compensation-related processes and projects.

Reporting Relationships: Accountable and Reports to: Assistant Vice President, Compensation Direct Reports: None Primary Responsibilities : • Assists with the administration and maintenance of compensation programs to support equitable and competitive pay practices.

• Prepares compensation data, reports, and summaries to support compensation analysis and decision-making. • Supports participation in compensation surveys by collecting, validating, and submitting required data.

• Assists Compensation Analysts with wage reviews, job data requests, and basic market data research. • Provides administrative support for the annual compensation planning cycle, including data validation and system setup.

• Serves as a support resource for Workday Compensation administration by responding to basic inquiries, routing tickets, and maintaining compensation-related data accuracy.

• Develops and maintains routine HR and compensation reports. • Monitors and documents compensation-related process updates, procedures, and guidelines.

• Assists with compliance-related data gathering, including support for FLSA reviews and pay transparency requirements. • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive compensation and employee data at all times.

• Supports special projects and other duties as assigned by the Compensation team. Working Conditions : The duties of this position are performed in a general office setting. There is regular pressure to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
