Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference • Prepare and organize submission materials including samples, fragrance passports, and client presentations to support project delivery.
• Assist internal evaluation panels by preparing samples, interviewing respondents, and compiling feedback and results. • Maintain and update market sample entries to ensure accurate and current data for internal reference.
• Manage sample inventory and collections, ensuring proper tracking, storage, and accessibility. • Create and monitor tasks across teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of deliverables.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Sensory & Development Management (SDM) team. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and efficiency in project execution and client servicing.
