 What this role is all about You’ll play a key role in supporting our office operations, ensuring our teams have the space, resources, and assistance they need to do their best work.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career to gain hands-on experience in facilities management, administration, and cross-functional collaboration.

You'll work closely with colleagues across HR, IT, Marketing, Purchasing and Finance, learning how a global company operates while making a real, visible impact on daily office life.

What you'll do • Manage front desk operations including mail handling, phone answering, visitor registration, and guest reception • Coordinate office and facilities maintenance, working with cleaning and building management teams to keep spaces organized and welcoming • Support travel coordination, including employee travel bookings and visa applications • Manage office supplies and inventory—ordering stationery, refreshments, and pantry items as needed • Liaise with local government authorities to ensure office documentation, licenses, and permits are current • Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Finance, Purchasing, and IT to support events, vendor sourcing, asset management, and administrative tasks • Handle ad-hoc dispatch duties and support special projects if needed What makes you a strong fit • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field—or recent graduate seeking your first professional role • Fluent in English, both spoken and written • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Proactive problem-solver with enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges • Reliable, professional, and customer-focused in all interactions Nice-to-have qualifications • Experience with office management or administrative support • Familiarity with travel management or booking systems • Knowledge of local government or administrative processes in your region
