What matters in this listing

You will also gather and analyse data on potential acquisition opportunities, assessing their feasibility.
You will assist in drafting transaction documents like process letters, information memoranda, and valuation reports.
You will advise clients and pitch bond transactions, always framing ING's advice within the context of clients' broader capital structures.
You will prepare market and pricing updates to keep clients informed about changes in the macroeconomy and the primary and secondary bond and loan markets.

The candidate must be a student enrolled in his/her study.
Prior experience through internships is of added value but not a pre-requisite .
To be eligible, your internship must take place while you are still a student.
This means you must be actively enrolled in a university during the whole internship, and you must provide a university agreement.

As an intern, you should have a strong understanding of finance, be proficient in Excel (Python is a plus), communicate clearly, be analytical and innovative, and be organized with a focus on data quality .
