ING Luxembourg is looking for an HR Operations Intern for a minimum of six months starting in July 2026. Please note that only candidates who can provide a valid internship convention with a university will be considered.

Your Mission Within the “People Services” unit, the HR Operations intern will be entrusted with a variety of operational and administrative tasks related to career management and employee benefits (non-exhaustive list): • Support the team’s daily activities • Process and administratively follow up on personnel movements : onboarding, offboarding, transfers, maternity leave, parental leave, special leave • Manage absences and sick leave • Ensure personnel files and HR management tools are kept up to date • Handle communications with various administrative bodies • Participate in the improvement of HR processes • Contribute to various HR projects (Examples: improving HR tools and procedures) • Manage various administrative tasks: drafting and handling correspondence, updating the intranet, writing HR notes, corrective declarations, managing leasing vehicle fines, drafting various HR documents (work certificates, amendments, etc.
