Role overview
What you'll own
- You will work with communication professionals across different countries and business areas, supporting initiatives that help colleagues understand where ING is heading, why it matters and how they can contribute.
- You'll gain hands-on experience in strategic communication, content creation, employee engagement and internal campaigns within one of Europe's largest banks.
- Help translate ING's strategy, leadership priorities and business initiatives into clear, relevant and engaging communication.
- Create engaging content for internal channels, including articles, videos, presentations, newsletters and campaigns.
Requirements and eligibility
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism, Business or a related field.
- Passion for storytelling, content creation and audience engagement.
- Strong interest in social media, digital communication and content trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
