What you'll do

  • Support financial planning and analysis functions related to budgeting/forecasting.
  • Support the Accounting Team with month-end close processes such as accruals, prepaids, expense tracking.
  • Assist with operationalizing SAC system for forecasting and reporting purposes within the Commercial finance team
  • Participate in projects and perform duties within the Finance function as assigned.
  • Other projects as periodically assigned.
  • Assist with sales reporting and analysis.

Job description

Position Dates: January 11, 2027 – June 30, 2027

Position overview

This co-op position participant roles include financial accounting and analysis, and commercial finance.

Responsibilities

  • Support financial planning and analysis functions related to budgeting/forecasting.
  • Support the Accounting Team with month-end close processes such as accruals, prepaids, expense tracking.
  • Assist with operationalizing SAC system for forecasting and reporting purposes within the Commercial finance team
  • Participate in projects and perform duties within the Finance function as assigned.
  • Other projects as periodically assigned.
  • Assist with sales reporting and analysis.
  • Other common tasks include analysis of financial questions and problems (i.e. Regression and Trend Analysis), problem solving, active business partnering and developing innovative methods to improve job metrics and processes.

Education and experience

Minimum requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in finance or accounting (at least 2 years of completed college courses).
