Job Details: Job Description: Client AI ( Movidius   NPU ) group specializes   in   design of high-performance, ultra-low power   N eural network   IP   (NPU)   technology for advanced AI applications .

You will help push us to the next level. Joining Client AI ( Movidius   NPU ) means joining a dynamic team at a company that has   established   a reputation for innovation.

Client AI ( Movidius   NPU )   has   multiple   Internships available in   202 7   across all our hardware   and   software   centric design teams. We have roles in the following teams: Hardware focused roles: • Physical design team   -   P hysical layout,   design   and verification • RTL Design team   -   Hardware   IP design and verification • Architecture team   -   Hardware Architecture design • Verification team   -   Hardware IP verification   and   design qualification • AI Applications team   -   Evaluate Neural network   use cases Software focused roles: • Complier team   -   Developing an optimised compiler toolchain for the IP to deliver inference performance   though the   OpenVino   tool kit   -->   Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ Toolkit • Dev Ops   -   IT and   O perational services • N PU Softwa re -   Developing software drivers and firmware for the IP • Pre-Silicon   Simulation team   –   IP Mode ls   and   integrating them   into   virtual platforms .

Mixed SW/HW roles: • Emulation   team   -   D eveloping and   validat e   pre silicon   models on FPGA and emulation   platform s. • Design Automation   -   Infrastructure and automation [ Please indicate   on   your cover letter roles you would be interested in ] Specific technical activities will vary depending per team, with all internships working on our current   cutting-edge   N PU neural processor technology portfolio.

A strong   problem-solving   mindset is needed to resolve issues in flows, in designs, in testcases, toolsets etc. Qualifications: The candidate must be currently doing a Level 8 or Level 9 college course in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer   Science   or an equivalent course.

Position of Trust N/A EU Salary We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. The minimum Annual Salary for this job which could be performed in Ireland is: €31,400.
