Responsibilities • Support managers in, employee relations, team management and performance development to foster a positive work environment. • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational strategies.

• Contribute to managing internal employee movements, including transfers and promotions. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and working conditions.

• Help manage employee performance and attendance, including data collection and reporting. • Support workplace safety initiatives and maintain accident records for audits.

• Promote employee experience through engagement initiatives and programs. • Generate and analyze HR performance reports and indicators. • The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications • Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor’s degree in human resources management or industrial relations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint • Knowledge of human resources management systems, including Workday, is an asset • Ability to work on-site.
