Responsibilities • Prepare HR documents including   reports , employment confirmations, leave forms,   promotions,   transfers   and other documents • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy • Respond to employee inquiries on topics like leave policies, address updates, and general HR matters • Maintain   weekly HR reports tracking departures and key metrics • Update HR systems, dashboards, and forms • Coordinate exit interviews by sending questionnaires, updating records, and liaising with the HR team • Support documentation and improvement of HR processes and practices • Audit employee records and reporting structures to ensure   accurate   organizational charts • Assist   with occupational health and safety communications and follow-ups • Help manage work permit and visa applications • Contribute ideas for process improvements and support HR initiatives • Collaborate   and contribute   on various HR projects and administrative tasks Qualifications • Curren tly pursuing a bachelor’s   degree ,   a   master’s   degree ,   or   a   post graduate   certificate   in   h uman   r esources • Proficient in M icrosoft Suite, including Office, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy • Proactive,   flexible   and collaborative mindset • Strong written and spoken communication skills • Writt en and   spok en French knowledge is an asset #LI-DNI #IG-DNI Intelcom is a leading last-mile carrier in the e-commerce sector.
