Salary Range $23,20 - $23,98 . Responsibilities • Apply your knowledge of core HR principles, policies, and procedures in day-to-day tasks • Coordinate and schedule internal promotion interviews • Assist in delivering a smooth onboarding experience to welcome new hires • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and tracking tools with accuracy • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation • Manage Human Resource Information System (HRIS) tickets • Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Qualifications • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, master's degree, or post-graduate certificate in human resources, or a related field • Skilled in handling confidential records, maintaining databases, and tracking deadlines • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Strong oral and written communication skills #LI-DNI #IG-DNI Intelcom is a leading last-mile carrier in the e-commerce sector.
