Responsibilities • Analyze data sources, reports, and processes related to package losses and claims. • Identify data quality issues, reporting gaps, and opportunities for standardization.

• Develop dashboards, insights, and recommendations to improve visibility and decision-making. • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve tracking, reporting, and Sales-side management of losses and claims.

• Present findings and final recommendations to business leaders. • The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
