Responsibilities • Support change management activities for key organizational initiatives, including planning, implementation, and stabilization. • Assist in assessing how changes may impact teams, roles, processes, and ways of working.

• Help prepare change communications, presentations, toolkits, and other employee-facing materials. • Support stakeholder engagement activities, including identifying impacted groups and summarizing feedback.

• Help gather and organize employee feedback, survey results, readiness indicators, and adoption metrics. • Contribute to post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, and updates to change management tools and templates.

• The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders. Qualifications • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.

• Interest in organizational change, employee engagement, communications, HR, or project management. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
