Key Job Role

• Understanding the requirements from clients/stakeholders and proposing a business solution for the same
• Good with Analytical and Logical reasoning skills, should be able to interpret data and summarize findings
• Supporting the design and build of new dashboards with key KPIs like Market share, Evolution Index, Penetration rate etc with understanding business needs, product portfolio, pricing.
• Managing internal and external cross functional stakeholders to provide solution for different business problems
• Leveraging business acumen in identifying strategic alternatives to client questions
• Working in a team of like-minded professionals to create reports, presentations, workshops with client employees, management teams and other stakeholders
• Developing broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Attending, supporting and presenting at client meeting
• Have hands on working experience on Excel, PPT, Power BI and SQL
• Understanding of Pharma Industry and landscape will be an added advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences /Technology /Statistics
• Master's Degree Life Sciences / Economics / Business /Statistics
