Job Title: HR Internship Department: Human Resources Country: United States of America State/Province: Arkansas City: Lowell Full/Part Time: Part time Job Summary: Under close supervision, this position is responsible for building real-world experience with recruiting, payroll, employee development, and/or the coordination of HR policies and procedures.

Job Description: Key Responsibilities: • Assist in screening resumes, application forms, candidates, and/or prospects • Participate in organizing company events and careers days • Assist and schedule and confirm interviews with candidates • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks • Prepare HR-related reports as needed • Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days) • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms • Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies • Perform various data entry and validation as needed Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED equivalent OR currently enrolled in a degree program in good standing at an accredited community college, college or university Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in an office environment • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with resume databases • Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas through various mediums • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy • Ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.

Compensation: Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
