About Your Program You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth.

Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates. What You Will Do • Operations Support: Assist the Station Supervisor in coordinating daily operations of delivery station.

• Junior Leadership: Shadow and support the supervisor in guiding a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift . • Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor daily station KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and suggest data-driven process improvements.

• Team Communication: Help conduct daily team briefings (Stand-ups) and ensure all frontline staff follow safety, quality, and compliance standards. • Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with the transport network and customer service teams to resolve real-time delivery exceptions and tracking issues.

About You • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Data Science and will graduate in 2026/2027 • No extensive work experience required, but a strong "can-do" attitude, proactivity, and willingness to take on responsibility are a must.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and physical environment where priorities change quickly. • Strong interpersonal skills with fluent English (knowledge of Chinese, Dutch or French is a major plus for coordination).
