About Your Program
You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
About the role
- Role Title: JD Young HR and Business Support Internship
- Location: Madrid, Spain (with remote mentoring support from our wider European HR team)
- Start Date: As soon as possible (Full-Time)
- The Mission: This is a hands-on, exciting role where you will play a key part in establishing our new Joybuy business and team in Spain. You will help set up a brand new office, collaborate with our HR team to support setting up the right people infrastructure in Spain and provide cross-cultural support for new colleagues joining in our business.
- What You Will Do: Support a dynamic blend of human resources (HR) and administrative operations. Gain incredible exposure, networking opportunities, and professional growth within the wider Joybuy Spain business.
