Role overview

You will be responsible:
Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including Kaizen events, Gemba walks, Value Stream Mapping, and waste reduction activities.
Analyze manufacturing performance metrics such as throughput, cycle time, OEE, yield, scrap, defects, downtime, inventory, and WIP.
Assist with line balancing, capacity planning, labor optimization, and production flow improvements.

/ Requirements:
Completion of at least the fourth year of an accredited undergraduate program.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management , or related fields.
Expected graduation date after July 2028 .
