- / Requirements:
- Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, or related fields.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
Preferred, not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferred.

• Full time requirement (40 hours per week). • Purpose: Join the Quality Control team and support initiatives that improve laboratory operations, materials management, inventory visibility, and data-driven decision making.
This co-op offers hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment while working with QC, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities • Analyze laboratory material usage, inventory, and purchasing data. • Support development of a standardized QC laboratory purchasing process.
• Assist in creating a site-wide laboratory materials database and baseline inventory. • Support Reduced Testing Plan initiatives through data collection and analysis.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI. • Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean principles. • Prepare presentations and recommendations for leadership.
Qualifications / Requirements: • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required. • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, or related fields.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills. • Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratory operations, and continuous improvement. Permanently authorized to work in the U.
S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
