Role overview

You will be responsible:
Support the organization in any initiative to improve processes through JJPS, Lean Manufacturing, and other BEx methods.

Additionally, this role involves supporting capacity analysis, MDA documentation, master data revision, project management, materials readiness activities, scheduling optimization, and event process/window reviews, among other tasks as needed.
/ Requirements:
Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or other related engineering disciplines.

Previous internship/co-op and/or academic research experience is preferred.
Previous work experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields of research is a plus.
Basic Statistical and cost analysis are preferred
