Job Function: Career Programs Job Sub Function: Non-LDP Intern/Co-Op Job Category: Career Program All Job Posting Locations: Malvern, Pennsylvania, United States of America Job Description: Biologics Process Development and Platform Strategy Co-op Position Summary Join the Protein Therapeutics API Development team for a six-month co-op focused on biologics process development, non-chromatography screening, platform strategy, and digital innovation.

This role provides hands-on experience supporting laboratory studies, analyzing data, developing scalable workflows, and helping define and support digital projects that improve process development, manufacturing readiness, and knowledge management.

Working alongside process development, manufacturing, analytical, and digital teams, you will help transform scientific and manufacturing knowledge into practical tools, workflows, and platform strategies that support multiple biologics programs.

Primary Responsibilities • Support process development, non-chromatography screening, and filtration studies at bench and pilot scale. • Execute experiments, analyze data, and communicate results.

• Develop workflows, tools, and best practices that improve efficiency and consistency. • Help define, support, and advance digital projects that enable data-driven decision making and knowledge capture.

• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, manufacturing, and digital teams on cross-functional initiatives. Target Hire Date: 1/11/2027 Target End Date: 06/04/2027 Required Qualifications • Junior, senior, or master's student pursuing an engineering, mathematics, data science, or related degree.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. • Ability to analyze complex technical and quantitative problems using data-driven approaches.

• Interest in biologics manufacturing, process development, laboratory execution, and digital technologies. • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications • Laboratory, research, or process development experience. • Experience with data analysis, visualization, application development, modeling, or programming tools.

• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, curiosity, and problem-solving skills. Candidate Eligibility Requirements Candidates must: • Be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship requirements.

• Remain actively enrolled in their academic program throughout the entire internship period. • Be available to work 40 hours per week during the internship.

• Should have a minimum GPA of 3 . What You'll Gain • Hands-on experience in biologics process development and manufacturing support. • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration across scientific, manufacturing, automation, and digital organizations.
