What this job involves You will be integrated into the P&Ds Luxembourg team, consisting of approximately 15 people. You will support senior Project Managers working for major local and international companies, as well as institutional and private investors, corporates, developers, and building owners.

Your role will focus on project management support across various missions: • Fit-out and refurbishment projects: Assisting in the management of interior renovation and refurbishment projects for tenants or occupiers • Base building projects: Supporting project management for landlords in development and redevelopment initiatives • Advisory & redevelopment projects: Contributing to the coordination and delivery of various redevelopment initiatives • Business development: Supporting the team in client prospecting, proposal preparation, and relationship management Your responsibilities will include: • Assisting Project Managers in coordinating various stakeholders (architects, engineers, contractors) • Preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations for clients • Supporting feasibility studies and project planning • Participating in client meetings and site visits • Contributing to the preparation of commercial proposals and tender responses • Helping maintain and develop client relationships • Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables • Assisting with site inspections and progress monitoring Sound like you?

To apply you need to be / have: • You are studying for a degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field • You have strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail • You have excellent analytical and organizational skills to be able to interpret complex data, • You have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely - you’ll be able to deal with clients at a strategic level (CEO, CFO, HRD, …), • You are organized and able to work on several projects simultaneously, respecting deadlines, • You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken • You have good professional computer skills (MS Office suite).
