What You’ll Be Doing: • Ensuring the adherence to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 9001 all Johnson Electric's policies and any other industry standards in all activities • Working with the maintenance team of the company • Interaction with production operators, technicians and other key resources to assist with the documentation, standardization and improvement of processes • Create and Update our PM system • Create & maintain documentation for new and existing assembly lines • Creating and updating electrical schematics for new and current projects • PLC and HMI programming support – working with automation technicians • Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives • Perform other related duties as required • Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives • Perform other related duties as required What We’re Looking For: • Working toward a technical degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology/Mechatronics or equivalent • Experience in a similar previous co-op considered an asset • Excellent interpersonal skills • High attention to detail • Independent and self-motivated worker • Hands on experience is a PLUS • Committed to meeting deadline requirements • Willing and able to multi-task and change priorities based on organizational needs • Strong ability to use Microsoft Office Software • Troubleshooting skills • Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, at all levels of the organization.
