This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to project management, software delivery processes, and banking operations while contributing to the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

YOUR CHALLENGE • Support with the tracking, analysis, and reporting of project metrics • Assist in maintaining compliance with the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) standards • Monitor project progress and help ensure transparency of deliverables, milestones, and dependencies • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) activities, including defect tracking, follow-up, and status reporting • Assist in maintenance of project plans, dashboards, and progress visualizations • Document project processes, workflows, decisions, and key outcomes in Confluence • Perform quality assurance reviews of test cases to ensure completeness and consistency • Provide planning and coordination support to help ensure testing activities remain on track and aligned with project timelines • Support the preparation, documentation, and follow-up of project meetings, including capturing minutes, actions, and decisions Learning Opportunities • Gain exposure to banking processes and technology delivery frameworks • Learn software build and configuration management processes • Develop practical experience in project governance, reporting, and PMO activities • Understand end-to-end project lifecycle management within a large-scale IT environment YOUR PROFILE Required Qualifications • A current ongoing bachelor’s or master's degree study in a technical field (university, ETH, FH) • A maximum of two semesters left until your graduation • Fluent in English, both spoken and written • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Ability to understand, visualize, and document complex processes • Attention to detail and a structured way of working • Interest in IT project management, software development lifecycle, and banking technology Technical Skills • Jira • Microsoft Excel • Confluence Nice to Have • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Experience creating process flows, reports, or dashboards • Interest in project management, PMO, or software delivery practices What We Offer • Hands-on experience in IT project delivery within the banking sector • Exposure to cross-functional teams(Switzerland, Singapore and India) and real-world project management practices • Opportunities to develop PMO, project coordination, and process management skills • Mentorship and learning opportunities in a professional and collaborative environment We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
