What you'll do
- Assist with specialty leasing and tenant compliance projects.
- Draft tenant correspondence regarding lease violations and unauthorized uses.
- Support the preparation of the 2028 operating budget.
- Compile backup documentation and financial support materials for budget reviews.
- Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations related to the budgeting process.
- Provide administrative and project support for special initiatives within the Property Management Department.

We're seeking smart, driven candidates who are passionate about beginning a career in real estate.
This Summer internship will involve working approximately 40 hours per week for a duration of approximately 8 weeks, with flexible start and end dates. Interns will be paid an hourly rate of $20 an hour.
Responsibilities
- Assist with specialty leasing and tenant compliance projects.
- Draft tenant correspondence regarding lease violations and unauthorized uses.
- Support the preparation of the 2028 operating budget.
- Compile backup documentation and financial support materials for budget reviews.
- Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations related to the budgeting process.
- Provide administrative and project support for special initiatives within the Property Management Department.
- Assist with research, reporting, data analysis, and other projects assigned by the Property Management team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a business oriented major, preferably with a focus in real estate
