Job Responsibilities • Gain hands-on experience supporting customer billing and invoicing activities in a fast-paced business environment. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, operations, and finance to address invoicing inquiries and support issue resolution.

• Assist with invoice processing, validation, and portal submissions to ensure timely customer billing. • Develop an understanding of financial systems, customer accounts, and order-to-cash processes.

• Contribute to process improvement efforts to enhance operational effectiveness. Qualifications • Currently pursuing a 2 or 4 year accounting, finance, or general business degree • Must be available for part-time work for the remainder of 2026.
