- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program in Engineering or related disciplines (e.g., Photonics, Electronics, Telecom, Mechatronics ,Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Physics, Science, EHS, etc.)
- Basic understanding of engineering or technical concepts
- Gain meaningful professional experience with exposure to real engineering work

Key responsibilities
Interns will be expected to
- Support engineering activities and project tasks under guidance
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Participate in process improvement, workflows, and standard work updates
- Contribute to operational excellence initiatives and engineering problem solving
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Production, Quality, EHS)
- Prepare professional documentation and presentations
- Follow company safety, quality, and standard procedure
Note: Responsibilities may vary based on the assigned engineering area (e.g., process, automation, photonics, industrial, electrical, software, or systems).

Education
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program in Engineering or related disciplines (e.g., Photonics, Electronics, Telecom, Mechatronics ,Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Physics, Science, EHS, etc.)
