The intern will learn how organizations attract, assess, select, and onboard talent while working alongside experienced Talent Acquisition professionals.

Through guided activities, coaching, and a meaningful learning project, the intern will build foundational recruitment and professional skills. Duties and Responsibilities • Participate in guided learning activities covering the end-to-end recruitment process • Support candidate sourcing, talent research, and pipeline-building activities • Gain exposure to candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication • Assist with recruitment data, trackers, documentation, and process-improvement activities • Contribute to employer branding, campus recruitment, or candidate-experience initiatives • Complete an assigned Talent Acquisition learning project and present key insights Qualifications: • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree • Preferred Field(s) of Study: Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field • Amenable to working fully onsite to either of Manulife Global Solutions’ office: • Manila: UP Technohub, Commonwealth Ave, Quezon City • Cebu: Mactan Newtown, Lapu-lapu City • Participation in school organizations, volunteer activities, academic projects, or team-based initiatives is preferred • Exposure to recruitment, Human Resources, events, research, or customer-facing activities is a plus • Basic Microsoft skills, presentation, research, writing, or content-development skills • Interest in social media, employer branding, data, or candidate experience When you join our team: • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
