Job Responsibilities • Create documentation of troubleshooting guides on servers, network, application and client devices with guidance from SMEs • Track and manage versions of documents • Consolidate and manage all such technical documents in a centralized storage location provided by the company • Develop and implement processes for document control • Ensure proper categorization and organization of documents • Participate in meetings and record, review and distribute minutes of meetings Job Requirements Education & Certification • Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student.
